Grass-fed beef testicles are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and protein. They contain a decent assortment of minerals, such as potassium, iron, phosphorus, which helps with the formation of bones and teeth, and zinc, which supports the immune system. Adequate zinc levels are considered to be a cornerstone of male sexual health.
